THE CHALLENGE 

What is an interactive video? An Interactive video is a video that allows the viewers to interact directly with the content as it is playing. This can be done in many ways, like having clickable hotspots or the ability to drag the video in different directions. The task was to create an interactive video using EKO Studio; the objective was to make an educational video that taught the audience and provided a quiz at the end to test their knowledge.

THE PLAN

I decided to make a video on teaching the basics of different liquors and describe each distinct characteristic of each. Since there isn't a lot of videos that do so in a format of an interactive video, I thought it would make the lesson more attractive to the viewer to be able to interact with the video as they learn. I started by researching all the different common types of liquor and a popular drink associated with it. Once I decided on the various alcohols, I created a flat vector of each and animated its movement on after effects.
